We're a group of young people who actually believe this stuff matters. LOT isn't corporate training or a resume builder—it's real conversations with real people from places you've probably never been.

Your differences are what make you interesting, not what divides you. We believe that even a tiny shift—like 0.1%—in how you see the world can change everything.

We're completely self-funded. No big sponsors, no corporate backing. Just people who care making it happen.

How It Works

Apply & Interview

Fill out an application, do an interview. We're looking for people who can hold a conversation in English and actually want to be here. That's it.

Your Virtual Host Family

You get placed in a small group—your Virtual Host Family. Think of it as your crew for the summer. You'll have your own digital space where you actually get to know each other, not just show up for meetings.

10 Weeks of Real Talk

Weekly dialogue sessions where you actually debate real issues. Video calls where you see faces, not just names. And you'll work on projects that matter—not busywork.

What It's Actually Like

Digital Community

Our community lives online. Share music at 2am. Post photos of food from your country. Have random conversations. It's not just platforms—it's where friendships actually form.

Uncomfortable Conversations

We talk about the stuff that matters. Politics, culture, identity, the future. No sugar-coating. If you want safe, this might not be for you. If you want real, you're in the right place.

Actually Build Something

You'll work on real projects with your team. Not theoretical case studies—actual things you can point to and say "we made this."

Get Certified

Show up consistently and you'll get a certificate. But honestly, the real value is the people you'll meet and the conversations you'll have. The certificate is just proof you were here.

Have an idea for a project? We offer Mini-Grants to help make it happen. Real money for real ideas. No corporate strings attached.

Questions & Rules

Anyone between 14-24 who speaks English and wants to connect with people from around the world. That's it.

About 4-5 hours per week. One hour for dialogue, one hour for video calls, plus some community time. It's not a full-time job.

We use various digital platforms for communication, video calls, and collaboration. You need reliable internet, that's the only requirement.

There are costs to run the program (platforms, staff, etc.), but we work with people who can't afford it. Just ask.

Keep an Open Mind: Challenge ideas, not people. Disagree all you want, but do it with respect.

Show Up: Miss 3 sessions in a row without telling us? You're out. We're not running a drop-in center.

Zero Tolerance for Hate: Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment? Instant removal. No warnings, no second chances. This is a safe space, period.

Not during the summer session. We need your full commitment. If you're doing something else, wait for the next cycle.
