Lead a Virtual Host Family. Guide real conversations. Help people actually connect. It's not easy, but it matters.
What You'll Do:
Lead a small group of 8-12 participants
Facilitate weekly dialogue sessions
Moderate Discord channels and discussions
Support participants through the 10-week program
Provide feedback and guidance
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people (or you are one)
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Understanding of cross-cultural dynamics
Commitment to diversity and inclusion
4-6 hours per week availability
Reliable internet and tech setup
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours/week for 10 weeks

Make things run smoothly. Handle logistics. Keep people organized. The behind-the-scenes stuff that makes it all work.

Coordinate between facilitators and participants
Handle technical setup for sessions
Track attendance and participation
Support program operations
Help with application review process
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills
Experience with Discord, Google Meet, and similar platforms
Ability to work across different time zones
Detail-oriented and proactive
Good communication skills
5-8 hours per week availability

Help build the Discord community. Keep conversations going. Make sure people feel welcome. It's community management, but actually fun.
Most positions are volunteer-based since we're self-funded. However, we do offer stipends when possible, especially for roles with higher time commitments. We're transparent about compensation during the interview process.
Experience helps, but passion and commitment matter more. If you care about this work and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. We provide training and support.
Yes! All positions are remote. You just need reliable internet and the ability to work across different time zones.
