4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Within Your Virtual Host Family: Your name, country, and basic profile information will be shared with your Facilitator and fellow participants in your Virtual Host Family.
  • With Program Staff: Our Program Managers, Program Officers, and Facilitators have access to necessary information to run the program effectively.
  • Service Providers: We work with third-party services (Discord, Google Meet) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of participants.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

All participants are required to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of fellow participants. Sharing personal information of other participants outside the program is strictly prohibited.
